Spotted on a road trip to Milwaukee....smaller version....guess it's a mini dog.

missed it by that much

While at Primitives, I had donated a basket lamp for a giveaway. The girls had marked one of the chairs, but discovered that it was the chair that MOM was sitting in! So Rita had to pull a numbered ticket instead. Guess I should have taken mom to get a lottery ticket.

More finishes from my finisher

This wool rug was a class with Maggie Bonanomi at Quilter's Station in 2008. Mom and I both took the class and when she finished them onto the piece of wool, we didn't know which was which! Certainly doesn't matter to me.

The box was a group project(maybe) that the Cleveland Girls originated.....of course they found the box and we helped with the scrapbook paper.

This is an acorn pincushion and needlebook from Primitive Gatherings.

I'm so glad mom has her shop and she's a finishing mad woman...she's finding projects we didn't even remember we had done.

Happy Birthday late to Casey

This is what I made Casey for her birthday...which was in May. Better late than never. She also got Skip-Bo, since she soooo enjoyed playing that with our family when she visited. I can show this since it got delivered to her house.

Happy Birthday a little late to Casey!

Studio envy

Just by giving mom my 3 cubes and Paul fixing a counter top....look at this fabulous cutting table. It's 36" by 5 feet with four cubes at each end. LOVE IT!

Blackbird class....finished

This was a class with Blackbird that I took at Primitives probably in 2008. I finished the top and mom put it on the backing wool for me. She is my cleanup person....everything would be ALMOST completed if it wasn't for mom. And since I do not know how to do the finishing....I'd be in trouble!

Cutting grass with JD

Caleb found a mower and Paul helped him get it ready to put on the John Deere. Now he can use the green & gold to cut the grass....he is so proud. I'm just happy he likes lawn maintenance and everything looks so nice.
