2010 tally.....Paul-2 moles-0
So Paul caught his second mole this morning....for this year. He's caught one before, so he's got 3 total on his side. Said mole is in trash can and he offered to take it out for a picture, but I declined. His trap of choice is a scissor like contraption that squeezes the mole to death. So just use your imagination for picture inserted here of mole squeezed to death. UGHHH!

My Mom and I used to catch varmits and drown them in an old bath tub used to water horses decades ago. I never realized how this sounded until I heard one of my kids tell the preschool teacher what mom and gramma did.
I remember my husband caught a mole in our yard once - his trap put a metal stake through the critter. But I must say, moles are one of the ugliest creatures God made!
